　　高新区（滨江），是一座运动之城。惠民开放的“大小莲花”“小白碗”等亚运场馆，为市民提供便捷专业的运动场所；嵌入式体育设施遍地开花，崇尚运动的风尚从产区园区延伸到居民家门口。随着杭州亚运会脚步越来越近，全民运动氛围越发浓厚。滨滨推出双语系列《滨江运动攻略》，今天和滨滨一起游泳、徒步、打乒乓吧~

　　In High-tech Zone (Binjiang), a city of sports, Asian Games venues like the “Big Lotus”, the “Small Lotus” and the “Little White Bowl” are providing convenient and professional sports venues for citizens as a public benefit, while embedded sports facilities which can be found everywhere are extending the trend of sports from industrial parks to the doorsteps of local residents. As the Hangzhou Asian Games approaches, the atmosphere of national sports becomes increasingly strong and Binbin hereby starts a bilingual series called “Binjiang Sports Map”. 　　杭州是游泳冠军的摇篮，走出了罗雪娟、叶诗文等一批著名游泳冠军，也带动了这里的游泳氛围。江南体育中心、滨江青少年宫、小区泳池、健身房……滨江拥有众多游泳场所，便利优质的环境让游泳成为老少皆宜的运动项目。

　　Hangzhou is the cradle of swimming champions, where a number of famous champions like Luo Xuejuan and Ye Shiwen have emerged and promoted the trend of swimming. In Binjiang, there are numerous swimming venues such as Jiangnan Sports Center, Binjiang Youth Palace, community swimming pools, gyms and so on, making swimming a popular sport for all with great convenience and good environment.

　　聚光科技员工陈晗炜是一名运动达人，喜欢跑步、打羽毛球、游泳等。每年3月到11月，是他的游泳季。在这大半年的时间里，陈晗炜一周游2次。工作日跟着公司的游泳俱乐部去江南体育中心游，周末则去滨江青少年宫游泳馆游。

　　Chen Hanwei, an employee of Focused Photonics Inc., is a sport enthusiast of running, badminton, swimming and so on. His swimming season starts from March to November every year when he swims twice a week. On weekdays he swims in Jiangnan Sports Center with the company’s swimming club, and on weekends in the Binjiang Youth Palace Natatorium.

　　江南体育中心是专业的公办泳池，泳池分为2.2米深水区和1.2米浅水区，还有1个8道25米的国际标准短池，能满足专业级的游泳需求。除了专业泳道，这里还设有儿童戏水池，深1米左右，夏季限定。泳池实施24小时循环过滤和消毒，每2小时进行水质检测。

　　The Jiangnan Sports Center has a professional public swimming pool divided into a 2.2-meter deep water zone and a 1.2-meter shallow water zone, and a 25-meter short pool with international standard and 8 lanes, which can meet professional swimming needs. In addition to professional swimming lanes, there is also a summer-limited children’s pool, which is about 1 meter in deepth. The swimming pools have 24-hour cyclic filtration and disinfection, and water quality testing is conducted every 2 hours.

　　滨江青少年宫游泳馆也很热闹，泳池划分了嬉水区、浅水区、深水区三大块，嬉水区适合不会游泳的小朋友玩玩水，浅水区的常客多为学生，深水区则大部分是成年人。

　　The Natatorium in Binjiang Youth Palace is also very popular. The swimming pool is divided into three parts: the playing area for children who cannot swim, the shallow water area for students and the deep water area for most adults.

　　在过去，游泳更多被视为一种生存技能。如今，越来越多的人开始体会到游泳带来的乐趣与健康。趁着这个夏季，不如来泳池感受水花四溅的热情吧。

　　在滨江，爱上徒步的理由有很多。无论是在闻涛路边听钱塘江潮水涌动，还是在冠山脚下观山看城，这片充满活力的土地，已成为徒步爱好者的好去处。

　　There are many reasons for the love with hiking in Binjiang. Either the roaring waves along Wentao Road, or the splendid view on Guanshan Mountain makes this vibrant city a paradise for hiking enthusiasts.

　　马燕是杭州圆钉科技有限公司一名职员，同时也是一名十足的“徒步狂人”。工作之余，马燕也会忙里偷闲约上三五好友，来一场说走就走的徒步之旅。她最推荐的路线，是公司附近的闻涛路。春天在樱花下漫步，夏夜在钱塘江畔欣赏璀璨灯光秀，在这里徒步，她总能收获不一样的情感反馈。

　　Ma Yan, an employee of Hangzhou Yuanding Technology Co., Ltd., is definitely a “hiking enthusiast” who would escape from her busy schedule and meet up with several friends for a hiking trip without prior plan. The best route recommended by Ma Yan is Wentao Road near her company, where she can always get distinctive emotional feedbacks from hiking no matter with romantic cherry blossoms in spring or fantastic light shows by the Qiantang River in summer night.

　　除了Citywalk，在假期，她会选择一条更有难度的线路——冠山徒步登山路线。冠山位于白马湖畔，因形如冠而得名，她说，冠山公园的框景、水景、花景都很出色，站在冠山之巅，可以一览长河街道全貌，俯瞰城市风光。在冠山西麓，举目远望，可见钱塘江和白马湖。钱塘江呈半臂围绕之势，将冠山、白马湖环入怀中。

　　Besides city walks, she prefers a more challenging route during holidays –the hiking route of Guanshan Mountain. Named after its shape, Guanshan Mountain is located by the bank of the White Horse Lake and has an excellent view of enframed sceneries, waters and flowers in the park. People can enjoy a panoramic view of Changhe Street and city sceneries on top of Guanshan Mountain or overlook the Qiantang River and the White Horse Lake at the west part of Guanshan Mountain. Both the Guanshan Mountain and the White Horse Lake are embraced by the Qiantang River.

　　与马燕“行家”的身份不同，柠柠“入坑”的时间仅有短短几个月。她享受探索未知，也热爱记录沿途风光，挑战自我、感知美好，在徒步中，她对生活有了全新的理解。

　　Unlike Ma Yan as a veteran, Ning Ning, who started hiking only a few months ago, is just a novice in love with exploring the unknown, recording the sceneries, challenging herself and enjoying beautiful views along her way. Hiking allows her a new understanding of life.

　　现在，柠柠基本保持一周2次的徒步频率。周中，她会沿着钱塘江南岸行走，六和文化公园、杭州印、奥体中心体育场，在10公里的路程里，静静感受夜色下灯火通明的滨江。周末，除了远程的徒步计划，她还会去白马湖公园。白马湖位于滨江南部，越王城山北麓，与西湖隔江相望，被称为“杭城双璧”。从栈桥到石板路，从湖岸到花田，柠柠能从中感受到少有的宁静。

　　Now, Ning Ning maintains her walking frequency of 2 times a week. In weekdays, she will walk along the south bank of the Qiantang River, from Liuhe Cultural Park to Hangzhouyin, and to the Olympic Sports Center Stadium, and enjoy the dazzling view of Binjiang during the 10km journey. On weekends, in addition to her long-distance hiking plan, she will also visit the White Horse Lake Park which is located at the northern foot of Yuewangcheng Mountain in the southern part of Binjiang, which echoes with the West Lake across the river and makes the twin stars of Hangzhou. Ning Ning can find the rare tranquility either from plank bridges and flagstone roads, or from the lake view and flower seas.

　　在滨江，打乒乓球这股热潮可见于遍地开花的乒乓球运动设施，在企业园区、社区等地总能看到“民间高手”推挡接球、左右开弓的身影。

　　In Binjiang, the popularity of table tennis is obvious because of its ubiquitous facilities. Local “masters” can be seen pushing and receiving the ball with movements from left to right in enterprise parks and communities alike.

　　放眼全区，乒乓球“武林高手”最密集的地方，非滨盛社区莫属。这些高手最常练功切磋的地方就是太阳国际公寓的乒乓球馆。

　　In Binjiang, the greatest number of table tennis “masters” can be found in Binsheng community, where they often practice and exchange skills in the table tennis hall of the Sun International Apartment.

　　从太阳国际小区南门进去，一楼就是乒乓球房，还没到门口，就能听到清脆的打球声，很是悦耳。球馆很宽敞，球场加上休息区大约150平米，4位高手正在桌上“battle”。这些年来，球友们会去杭州的各个乒乓球馆打球、观赛，获得了不少奖项。球馆“出圈”后，甚至有些小有名气的球员慕名而来。

　　Inside the south gate of the Sun International Community is a table tennis room on the first floor where pleasant sound of playing table tennis can be heard from afar. The stadium is spacious with a rest area of approximately 150 square meters, and four skilled players are battling on the table. In recent years, players here have visited various table tennis halls in Hangzhou to watch or play and have won many awards, attracting fellow players or even some well-known players.

　　倪亚运是浙农科创园乒乓球俱乐部的负责人，也许是名字里带着“亚运”，他从小就爱运动，尤其是乒乓球，一打就是30年。工作后，园区里的乒乓球馆成了他每天必打卡的地方。中午12点到1点半，只要没有聚餐，肯定能在乒乓球馆找到倪亚运。

　　With “Asian Games” in the name, Ni Yayun, the head of the Table Tennis Club of Zhejiang Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Park, has loved sports, especially table tennis, since his childhood and has been playing for 30 years. He visits the table tennis hall in the park every day after work and can always be seen from 12:00 to 1:30 in the noon as long as he has no lunch gatherings.

　　目前俱乐部有30多名成员，从二三十岁的年轻人到退休的老年人，每天来打球的人也非常多。企业聘请了一位专业的乒乓球教练指导俱乐部成员，几个月下来，倪亚运感觉自己进步了不少，还参加了区内企业间的友谊赛，以球会友，结识了不少新朋友。

　　There are more than 30 members in the club at present, ranging from young people in their twenties or thirties to retired elderly people. Many other people also come and play here every day. The company hired a professional coach for the members of the table tennis club. After training for a few months, Ni Yayun had made great progress and participated in friendly competitions between enterprises in the region, making new friends while playing table tennis.
