  上期天津概况,这期话不多说,我们直接开始:

Dear visitors, welcome to our tour of the attractions in Tianjin city! Let me give you a brief overview of our itinerary:

Our starting point is the Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center, located in the upscale residential area in the southern part of Tianjin. It is also the main venue for the highly anticipated Tianjin Summer Davos Forum. The theme of the forum is to explore the path of sustainable development, emphasizing the importance of science and technology and reshaping traditional business models. The unique architectural design of the Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center reflects modern features and the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, with its technologically-textured aluminum facade and wave-shaped ceiling. The center highlights the themes of green, ecological, and humanistic concepts.

Next, we will visit the Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium, also known as the "Water Drop" Stadium, named after its appearance resembling a sparkling water drop. The stadium's design incorporates the concepts of "Green Olympics, Technological Olympics, and Humanistic Olympics," showcasing Tianjin's Olympic spirit and technological charm. Along the way, we will pass by the Olympic City Commercial Plaza, an area closely related to the Olympic economy, full of business opportunities and vitality.

We will continue along the Binshui Road, and the Tianjin Radio and Television Tower will come into view. This tower stands at an impressive height of 415.2 meters, ranking as the world's seventh tallest, third in Asia, and second in China. It is one of Tianjin's iconic buildings, showcasing the modern metropolis atmosphere of the city. Next, we will enter the modern-style welcoming main road, Friendship Road. On the left-hand side, you will see the Crystal Palace Hotel, a Sino-American joint venture foreign four-star hotel, offering comfortable accommodation for you.

In front of us is the Tianjin Cultural Center project, a major undertaking worth mentioning. Covering an area of 90 hectares and with an estimated investment of 6 billion yuan, this project will create an open area centered around greenery and water bodies. It will include cultural facilities such as the Tianjin Museum, Art Gallery, Library, Youth and Children's Training Center, Science and Technology Museum, and Grand Theater, presenting a variety of cultural activities for visitors.

On our right is the Tianjin Friendship Store, one of the earliest foreign-related shops providing various services for tourist groups in Tianjin. Today, it has become one of Tianjin's upscale shopping malls. Here, you can taste various exquisite products and experience Tianjin's unique shopping culture. Across the street is the Friendship Road Bar Street, which showcases the bar culture, combining art, leisure, entertainment, and shopping in one place. For tourists who enjoy nightlife, this is an excellent destination to fully experience Tianjin's vibrant evenings.

Next, we are about to enter the famous "Five Avenues" area of Tianjin. In the late 19th century and early 20th century, Tianjin was a colonial city, and the division of the Nine Nations Concessions led to the construction of a large number of diverse architectural styles by different countries, forming a "city within a city." This is the origin of Tianjin's Western-style houses, known as the "Tianjin Small Penthouses." The Five Avenues area was historically the British Concession, where two Presidents of the Republic of China, seven Prime Ministers of the Cabinet, as well as governors, generals, provincial governors, and mayors, among more than a hundred important figures, once resided. It bears witness to China's modern history.

We are currently driving along the Ma Chang Dao, which is the longest road among the Five Avenues, named after the horse racing field that led to the British Concession. Along the way, you will see Tianjin Foreign Studies University located at No. 117 Ma Chang Dao. This university features French Romanesque architecture, and the large clock is the symbol on the front of its main building.

Next, we will proceed to the next stop of our Tianjin city tour, the Xiao Bai Lou area! Let's explore the unique charm of this place together. First of all, let's take a look at the white building ahead, which is the Tianjin Concert Hall. It was built in 1922 and is a typical European-style architecture. Today, it has been renovated and redesigned to meet the standards of large symphony concerts, with the stage and audience area expanded to present a more spectacular music feast for the audience.

Next, we will pass through the European-style street filled with a strong continental flavor. This is the Hisense Plaza in Tianjin. Situated in the central business district of Xiao Bai Lou, it gathers various upscale department stores, restaurants, beauty salons, supermarkets, and more, making it the city's truly high-end luxury shopping area.

Now, we will continue along Jiefang North Road, also known as the Financial Street. In the 1930s and 1940s, this street was home to over 40 famous domestic and foreign banks, including HSBC and the Bank of Montreal from the UK, and the Bank of Liechtenstein from Switzerland, among others, making it an important financial hub.

On our right-hand side is the first foreign-related hotel in China, the Li Shun De Hotel. It has been designated as a key national cultural heritage site due to its preservation of numerous historical relics and its history of hosting many distinguished figures. Here, you will experience the perfect blend of tradition and modernity.

Next, we witnessed the Tianjin 24-Hour Non-Sleeping City - Jinwan Square. This is a Phase I project, and Phase II is currently under construction. It will be a comprehensive square integrating commercial, leisure, and entertainment facilities.

Passing by Tianjin Railway Station, we arrive at the Italian-style area, which was once an Italian concession. Centered around Marco Polo Square, you will find many famous buildings here, such as the Memorial Hall of Mr. Liang Qichao and the Italian Barracks, all bearing witness to Tianjin's rich and diverse history.

We hope that you will leave with wonderful memories and appreciate the charm and uniqueness of Tianjin during this tour of the city's attractions. Let's enjoy this fantastic journey together! Thank you all for your attention.“
