经常听到英语高手们讲，学英语需要有语感，做题需要有语感。请问语感从何而来，我和同行交流，大家一致的经验是：大多语感来自阅读。那既然语感来自阅读，为什么很多学生不读呢？多读不就解决问题了吗？事实上没有这么简单。如果你做一个调查，为什么学生不多进行英语阅读。答案大多数是，单词量不够，读不懂。

另外有很多同学根本就不知道该读什么内容。例如一名初中老师给学生留了几篇英语文章，让同学们下去阅读，以提升英语阅读能力。

这篇文章是有关人工智能的。Artificial intelligence (AI) is the ability of a computer program or machine to think and learn. It is also a field of study that tries to make computers "smart". John McCarthy, a scientist, came up with the name artificial intelligence" in 1955. Many things such as learning and problem solving can be done by computers, though not in the same way as we do. Some people have welcomed AI because it makes many things possible. In some industries, AI is already doing the work that people used to do, such as assembling (装配) cars, digging the coal and lifting the goods. Even more, AI will have a big influence on our daily life. The Al Self-driving car will take us to our destinations (目的地). An AI tutor will help us with homework at home. The future of AI looks quite bright. However, there are still some risks. Self-driving cars and trucks controlled by AI will take away driver’s jobs in the future. What's worse, according to an expert, "Every Al advance by good people is an advance for the bad people, too. The biggest worry is that bad people could use for evil purpose. For example, they could use Al to create websites that steal people's personal information. Or they could use AI programs to hack software and break into computer systems. Although AI has its risks, it is clear that Al is here. It has been used in many areas and it is changing how people live and work. That makes AI important to watch, not to fear.

如果想读懂这篇文章，其实对大多数中学生来讲是由很多困难和障碍的。第一障碍：有很多生词。第二障碍：有很多生僻的短语。第三障碍：有几个句式结构影响理解和翻译。学生在读的时候，文章的障碍就像路上的石头一样阻碍了阅读的正常进行，Artificial intelligence (AI) is the ability of a computer program or machine to think and learn. 通常的方式就是学生去查词典，当然这样的方法的结果就是，学生查的很麻烦，没等查完就不想阅读了。后来我发明了一个很简单的办法就完美地解决了这个问题，那就是平时把所要训练的文章的单词全部都提取出来，做成单词列表，这样学生就不用查单词了，他们只需要按照右脑训练模式，在很短的时间内对单词的意思产生一定的印象，然后直接在文章中理解，然后不知不觉就记住了单词的意思，甚至能深刻的感受到单词在语境的意思和应用。

所以我制作的阅读训练教材是这样排版的，效果好到难以形容…。有很多的学生通过这个方法的训练，对英语阅读产生了浓厚的兴趣，大家可以想象一个队英语阅读痴迷的学生，英语学习的春天很快就来了，英语成绩提升很快就能实现。
