宁波帮博物馆——宁波诺丁汉大学“人文素质教育基地”揭牌成立

　　31 December: UNNC and Ningbobang Museum signed an agreement to co-establish a UNNC Humanistic Quality Education Centre.

　　今天，宁波诺丁汉大学与宁波帮博物馆签署共建协议，揭牌成立宁波诺丁汉大学人文素质教育基地。校馆双方针对学校国际化特色，立足博物馆人文资源和教育资源，将加强在人文素质教育、志愿服务、社会实践等方面的交流与合作。

　　根据协议，宁诺每年分批组织中外师生参观考察宁波帮博物馆，宁波帮博物馆则安排专业人员赴学校开展讲座；宁诺还将组织学生为博物馆提供资料翻译、文艺演出、英文讲解接待等服务。以此，促进宁波诺丁汉大学中外师生深度理解城市风貌、传播宁波帮人文精神。

　　2019年，宁诺多次组织中外师生走进博物馆，学习中国历史文化。5月，学校在王阳明故居博物馆成立文化研习基地，加深对中国传统文化的学习；12月，学校与宁波博物馆签署战略合作备忘录，在文博文创领域开展多维度、高质量的深度合作。此次在宁波帮博物馆成立人文素质教育基地是再一次拓展，将开启宁波诺丁汉大学学子对宁波帮精神，对中国近现代商业文明的认知。

　　宁波诺丁汉大学党委书记应雄说，学校的师生来自于世界70多个国家和地区，人文素质教育基地的建设将推动他们走近“宁波帮”、了解“宁波帮”文化，向世界传播中国优秀文化和核心价值观，唱响“宁波帮”好声音。

　　宁波帮博物馆馆长王辉提到，要打造国际化城市、培养有爱国情怀的世界公民，宁波帮精神或许是一种思路。他表示，期待通过此次合作，与宁波诺丁汉大学建立良好的互动机制，相互促进、互相带动，共建人文素质教育的新局面。

　　现场，宁波诺丁汉大学国际传播专业在读研究生赵玥作为学生代表发言。她说，“当我走过宁波帮博物馆的时光甬道，感受到了数十年来宁波帮的开拓精神和赤子情怀。宁波诺丁汉大学的青年也会在未来肩负起传承的责任，支持并积极参与文保科技事业，弘扬宁波帮精神。”

　　

　　UNNC collaborates with Ningbobang Museum to promote humanistic quality education

　　31 December: UNNC and Ningbobang Museum signed an agreement to co-establish a UNNC Humanistic Quality Education Centre. The agreement will incorporate the resources and advantages of both sides to enhance collaboration and communication in promoting social practices, voluntary services, and humanistic quality education.

　　Under the framework, the Univeristy will organise visits to Ningbobang Museum regularly and welcome museum staff to give lectures on campus; UNNC students will participate in museum activities including document translation, art performance, English interpretation and reception services.

　　The strategic cooperation, following previous ones with the historical residence of philosopher Wang Yangming and Ningbo Museum, is an attempt to introduce the characteristics of Ningbo businessmen as well as the development of contemporary Chinese business to Univeristy students and staff, and further spread such spirit to the world with bilateral efforts of the Museum and the Univeristy.

　　"Our students and staff come from over 70 countries and regions. The Centre will serve as a bridge to ‘Ningbobang’ spirit for them, sharing traditional Chinese culture and core values with the world,” said Ying Xiong, Party Secretary and the Executive Director of UNNC.

　　Wang Hui, Director of Ningbobang Museum, welcomed the cooperation and said that he looked forward to building a new platform of humanistic quality education based on collection resources of the Museum through this interactive mechanism with UNNC.

　　“The innovative and passionate spirit of the Ningbo businessmen is impressing,” said Zhao Yue, a student representative. “As a UNNC student, I wish to inherit such enthusiasm and carry on the responsibility in the future, supporting and actively participating in cultural protection and the development of science and technology.”
