　　6月27日，江苏省召开“努力推动江苏在高质量发展中继续走在前列”系列主题新闻发布会——“推进高水平科技自立自强”专场，介绍江苏推进高水平科技自立自强总体进展和下一步思路举措。

　　江苏省科技厅副厅长赵建国表示，江苏将扛起在国家科技创新格局中勇担第一方阵的使命，力争到2025年，全省全社会研发投入占地区生产总值比重达3.3%左右，高新技术产业占规上工业产值比重达50%。

　　作为首个创新型省份建设试点省，江苏区域创新能力连续多年位居全国前列。

　　苏州实验室成为国家核心战略科技力量，紫金山实验室纳入国家战略科技力量布局、创造太赫兹无线通信最高实时传输记录等重大成果，太湖实验室初步建成世界集成规模最大的船舶与海洋装备总体性能试验设施群，钟山实验室启动建设。

　　Jiangsu, designated as the first province to pilot innovation-driven development, has consistently ranked among the top regions in the country in terms of innovation capacity. Over the years, the coastal province has established more and more national strategic labs in various fields, such as the Suzhou Laboratory.

　　苏南自创区成为江苏创新驱动发展的核心引擎，全省70%以上的研发投入、80%的国家重大科技项目和90%的国家科学技术奖励在苏南实施或完成。建有国家高新区18家、国家创新型城市13个，数量居全国第一，并率先实现了设区市全覆盖。拥有国家创新型县（市）14个，居全国第一。

　　The Sunan National Innovation Park has emerged as a key driver of the province’s innovation-driven growth. Sunan, southern Jiangsu, is home to more than 70% of the province's R&D spending, 80% of Jiangsu’s major national science and technology projects, and 90% of Jiangsu’s projects that won the national science and technology awards. The area also hosts 18 national high-tech zones, 13 national innovation-driven cities, and 14 national-level innovation-driven counties.

　　江苏全省85%的研发投入由企业完成，80%的科技平台和高层次创新创业人才集聚在企业，70%的有效发明专利由企业创造。大力培育160家创新型领军企业，2022年高新技术企业达4.4万家、居全国第二，科技型中小企业超8.7万家、稳居全国第一。

　　In Jiangsu, enterprises contributed to 85% of the R&D expenditure, gathered 80% of S&T platforms and high-level talents, and held 70% of valid invention patents. In cultivating 160 leading innovation-driven enterprises, Jiangsu also hosted 44,000 high-tech enterprises in 2022, ranking second in the country, and over 87,000 tech SMEs, securing the top spot nationwide.

　　江苏率先与以色列等10个国家和地区建立政府间产业研发合作联合资助支持机制，中以常州创新园成为中以合作“标志性项目”。江苏省政府与中国科学院、中国工程院、清华大学、北京大学签订长期战略合作协议，2022年与中科院合作项目新增销售收入超1400亿元，连续17年稳居全国第一。

　　Additionally, Jiangsu has taken the national lead in establishing joint funding mechanisms for industrial R&D with counterparts from ten countries and regions. The China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park has become a flagship project between the two countries. The provincial government entered into long-term strategic cooperation agreements with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Tsinghua University and Peking University. Notably, the new sales revenue from cooperative projects with the Chinese Academy of Sciences exceeded 140 billion yuan in 2022, ranking first in the country for 17 consecutive years.
