双语 ｜ 今日小暑（slight heat）

　　小暑的英文起码就有4个，Slight Heat、Lesser Heat、Minor Heat、Moderate Heat，并没有定于一的标准答案。

　　小暑过，一日热三分。小暑的到来，表示“三伏天”即将开始，是一年中气温最高且潮湿闷热的时段。天气炎热，人们易感心烦不安，疲倦乏力，养生应以“心静”为宜。要注意及时喝水补充水分，可适量食用西瓜、酸梅汤，清除暑热、缓解烦渴。

　　When the sun reaches the celestial longitude of 105 degrees, it’s the time for “Slight Heat”, usually happening on July 7 or July 8. Slight heat means it’s hot but not the hottest.

　　当太阳到达天文经度105°的时候，我们就迎来了小暑，通常在7月7日或7月8日。小暑意味着天气热起来，但并不是最热的时候。

　　Three periods of the hot season come one by one after “Summer Solstice”. In the Chinese, it’s call the three “Fu”, meaning that the weather is so hot and people better lie down than to move. Around the “Slight Heat” period, it’s the first “Fu” period.

　　夏至以后，将一个接一个地迎来三阶段的酷暑阶段。中国人称为三“伏”，意思是这种天气人们不宜活动，最好躺着不动。小暑前后就是初“伏”。

　　During the Minor Heat period, with the longest amount of sunlight and the strongest sunlight radiation, many families hang their clothes out in the sun to prevent mildew.

　　小暑期间，光照时间最长，辐射也处于最强状态，许多家庭会把衣物拿去晒太阳，防止发霉。
