　　长江海事部门再推十项举措支持企业复工复产。据中新网，长江海事部门在前期推出服务举措的基础上，29日又出台了支持企业复工复产的十项举措，要求长江干线各海事部门在全面履行海事职责的同时，严格按照精准稳妥、分区分级的要求，全力支持企业有力有序复工复产，为疫情防控和经济社会发展提供有力保障

　　浙江发布12项地方标准，为疫情防控和复工复产“两手抓”提供支持。据新华社，浙江省市场监管局会同浙江省卫健委紧急出台的12项疫情防控地方标准29日正式实施，为更科学精准进行疫情防控和加快企业复工复产提供标准和技术支持。这批标准内容涉及疫情防控管理、卫生消毒要求等，涵盖农贸市场、公共场所、养老机构、工业企业、学校、社区等民生重点领域和复工复产保障要求。

　　上海市商务委副主任刘敏：上海市零售行业累计开业接近100%。上海市商务委副主任刘敏2月29日在上海市政府新闻发布会上表示，当前，上海市零售行业，超市卖场累计开业接近100%；购物中心和百货企业95%左右已正常营业；便利店企业开业率达到91.4%。电商行业主要企业已全部复工。

　　支持复工复产，银行业贷款突破万亿元。据中国银行业协会统计，截至28日中午，银行业金融机构为抗击疫情和支持复工复产提供的信贷支持已达10339亿元。在资金投向上，除了疫情防控相关领域之外，各家银行都加大了对受疫情影响较大的旅游、住宿、餐饮等行业的支持，以及复工复产、春耕备耕、外贸等方面的资金投放，特别是向众多小微企业提供了优惠利率信贷，以缓解这些企业在复工复产中面临的用工难、开工难、产业链配套难等问题。

　　西藏参与新冠肺炎救治的16人团队全部解除医学隔离观察。据央视，1月25日，西藏唯一一例新冠肺炎患者被自治区第三人民医院收治入院。区卫生健康委紧急组建16人的救治团队，并多次组织区内外救治专家联合会诊，制定科学有效的个性化治疗方案，让患者得到最优救治。16名参与一线救治的医护人员医学隔离观察期满，未出现发热、咳嗽等症状。病毒核酸检测为阴性，CT检查结果无异常，全部解除医学隔离观察，实现了在西藏首例新冠肺炎患者救治过程中医护人员“零感染”。

　　安徽全省退出高风险地区。据央视，安徽今天公布最新《安徽省新冠肺炎疫情风险等级分类名单》，安徽省最后一个“高风险地区”合肥市瑶海区降为“中等风险地区”，安徽实现全省范围退出高风险地区。安徽省“高风险地区”是指“累计确诊病例超过50例，14天内有聚集性疫情发生”；“中等风险地区”是指“14天内有新增确诊病例，累计确诊病例不超过50例，或累计确诊病例超过50例，14天内未发生聚集性疫情。”

　　北京新冠肺炎确诊患者治愈率65.9%。在北京市新型冠状病毒肺炎防控工作新闻发布会上，北京市卫健委新闻发言人高小俊说，截至2月28日24时，北京市累计报告确诊病例411例，已治愈出院病例271例，治愈率65.9%；死亡病例8例，死亡率约1.9%。北京新冠肺炎确诊患者死亡率约1.9%。

　　10分钟出结果匹配度100%，桂电研制成功新冠病毒现场快速检测试纸。据广西日报报道，记者从桂林电子科技大学获悉，该校八桂学者陈真诚团队近日研制成功一款新型冠状病毒现场快速检测试纸。试纸在桂林、南宁定点医院批量临床样本测试显示，检测时间仅需10分钟，临床测试结果与核酸检测结果匹配度达到100%，目前正在进行更大范围测试。同时，该试纸采集血浆作为检测样本类型，可有效降低医护人员暴露风险。

　　首个京产新冠肺炎病毒体外诊断试剂上市，90分钟出结果。据北京日报报道，记者刚刚从北京市药监局了解到，2月27日，北京卓诚惠生生物科技股份有限公司的“新型冠状病毒2019-nCoV核酸检测试剂盒（荧光PCR法）”通过国家药监局应急审批，取得第三类医疗器械注册证。该产品用于体外定性检测新型冠状病毒，取样后90分钟内可出检验结果，为我国新冠病毒肺炎筛查手段再添生力军。

　　中国石油下属企业新建6条医用口罩生产线开始满负荷加工生产。据证券时报报道，2月29日，中国石油下属4家企业新建的6条医用口罩生产线全部建成，开始满负荷加工生产，形成每天60万只的生产能力。进入3月，随着引进的21条口罩生产线陆续开工，全部投产后，中国石油日产口罩可达150万只。

　　疫情防控债月发行近2000亿。据wind数据显示，至2月29日，涉及的“疫情防控债”共筛选出249只，共计发行1872.12亿元。其中，有39只公司债，占所有疫情防控债比例的15.66%。

　　国务院：稳步推进证券公开发行注册制，依法惩处证券违法犯罪行为。据《国际金融报》，国务院办公厅发布关于贯彻实施修订后的证券法有关工作的通知，通知要求，研究制定在深圳证券交易所创业板试点股票公开发行注册制的总体方案，并及时总结科创板、创业板注册制改革经验，积极创造条件，适时提出在证券交易所其他板块和国务院批准的其他全国性证券交易场所实行股票公开发行注册制的方案。相关方案经国务院批准后实施。加大对欺诈发行、违规信息披露、中介机构未勤勉尽责以及操纵市场、内幕交易、利用未公开信息进行证券交易等严重扰乱市场秩序行为的查处力度。公安机关要加大对证券违法犯罪行为的打击力度，形成有效震慑。
