　　胶东在线1月10日讯——1月10日上午，烟台广播电视台高清频道及金融媒体中心落成典礼在烟台广播电视剧院举行。烟台市委常委、宣传部部长永新出席启动仪式并致辞。

　　于永新指出，推进媒体整合是以习近平为核心的党中央加强宣传和思想文化工作的重要部署。烟台广播电视台高清频道的开通和金融媒体中心的启动，是推进我市媒体改革和发展的重要举措，标志着烟台广播电视发展进入一个新阶段。当前，全市宣传思想文化战线要以习近平的中国特色社会主义新时代为指导，深入学习、宣传和贯彻习近平总书记在《人民日报》创刊80周年上的重要指示，增强“四个意识”，牢牢把握“两个维护”，促进改革发展。以推出高清频道和金融媒体中心为契机，优化完善媒体“中央厨房”建设，加强与中央和省级主要媒体、县级金融媒体中心和市政府服务平台的相互促进和沟通，努力实现资源、内容和宣传的融通，不断提高新闻舆论的传播、导向、影响力和公信力。深化体制机制改革创新，激活金融媒体传播模式，讲好烟台故事，唱响烟台强音，为加快建设制造业强市、海洋经济大市、工业宜居宜游城市、现代化国际滨海城市做出新贡献。

　　100多人出席了仪式，包括省有关部门的领导、市有关部门的负责人、县市宣传部门的部长。 他们还参观了新建的金融媒体全景演播室、金融媒体中心和高清广播控制室。

　　按照“国内一流、省内领先”的目标和“移动优先、网络末端深度融合”的理念，2018年，烟台广电先后派出人员到中央广播电视台、山东广播电视台、北京、Xi安、苏州、无锡、青岛等城市电视台，对高清频道和金融媒体中心建设进行考察研究。 经过近一年的建设，该项目的第一阶段顺利完成。烟台新闻综合高清频道开通后，高清电视广播将完全数字化、文件化、网络化。 烟台的电视节目制作和播出水平将达到国内先进水平，实现电视节目视听体验的质的飞跃。荣基传媒中心作为烟台广播电视媒体的核心，整合了策划、收藏、编辑、审核、出版、存储、管理等各个环节，形成了“一集多代多传播”媒体的“中央厨房”。推动广播、电视、网络、客户端、微信微博矩阵等各种媒体形式的深度整合、整体转型和整合发展，实现“资源 accommodation, content integration and publicity integration" of top and central stations, provincial stations, bottom and county-level financial media centers, foreign and national key network platforms such as Xinhua, Renmin and Today's Headlines, and domestic and municipal government service platforms.
