2017年上海师范大学外国留学生“孔子学院奖学金”招生办法【图】

一、奖学金类型及申请条件

以下所有奖学金类型的申请人均须为非中国籍公民，身体健康，年龄一般在16至35周岁之间（在职汉语教师可放宽至45周岁，本科限20周岁以下）。

1，汉语国际教育专业硕士

2017年9月入学，资助期限不超过2年。申请者应具有本科或同等学历。全额奖学金申请者HSK成绩应达到五级210分；部分奖学金申请者应达到五级180分。HSKK成绩均达到中级。提供公证过的毕业拟任教机构工作协议者优先。

2，“汉语言文学”专业一学年研修生

2017年9月入学，资助期限为11个月。不录取2017年1月1日后仍在华学习的留学生。向有志于从事汉语翻译、汉学研究的学生和学者提供汉语言文学高级课程。申请者HSK成绩应达到四级180分，HSKK达到中级。按国别、报名先后和汉语水平高低分别提供全额奖学金或部分奖学金。

3，“汉语国际教育”专业一学期研修生

2017年9月或2018年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。不录取有来华留学经历者。

向来华进修的在职汉语教师，预备攻读汉语国际教育本科的孔子学院（课堂）注册学员和汉语言专业学生提供汉语国际教育课程和全额奖学金。申请者HSK成绩不低于三级210分，具有HSKK成绩。

二、申请步骤

1，登陆孔子学院奖学金网站（注册个人账号，查询并选择推荐机构和接受院校，在线填写、提交《孔子学院奖学金申请表》。

2，上传以下材料的电子文档：

1）护照照片页扫描件。未满18周岁的申请者，须由其父母正式委托在华常住的外国人或中国人作为该外国学生的监护人，并提交监护人保证书公证材料。

2）HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。

3）推荐机构负责人签发的推荐信（客观评价申请者并注明是否孔子学院学员或其它身份；在职汉语教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。）

申请“汉语国际教育专业硕士”的学生，还需提交以下文件：

1）请提交上海师范大学外国留学生入学申请表（研究生）。（

2）提供经过公证的最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单。

3）两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信（用中文或英文书写）。

4）提供经公证的毕业拟任教机构工作协议者优先资助。

四、注意事项

1，申请时间

本项目为全年招生。

为了保证入学手续的办理时间，请于入学时间前至少3个月提出申请。

2，奖学金住宿条件及收费标准

孔子学院奖学金生住宿条件为双人间，包括独立卫生间、中央空调、网络、冰箱、电话、电视机、书桌、床铺等。宿舍楼内有洗衣房和自炊间。

如需申请单人间，需要另外支付6000元一学期（4个月）。

3，遴选标准

除符合孔子学院总部奖学金招生办法外，我校将会对符合条件的申请者进行网络面试。

热爱汉语、热爱中国文化，在中国文化、艺术方面具有一定造诣的申请者将会优先考虑。

4，年度评审

按照《孔子学院奖学金年度评审办法》的规定，汉语国际教育专业硕士生（含一学年研修+汉语国际教育专业硕士生）须参加年度评审，符合条件者方可继续享受下一年度奖学金。

Recruitment Procedures for Confucius Institute Scholarship

Shanghai Normal University(2017)

Ⅰ. Category of Scholarship and Eligibility Criteria

The candidates of all the following categories should be no-Chinese nationality,with goodhealthcondition, aged between 16 and 35 (Applicant is currently working in a Chinese language teaching position shall not exceed the age limit of 45. Undergraduate student shall not exceed the age limit of 20).

1.Master's Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages（MTCSOL）

This category provides a full or partial sponsorship for no more than 2 academic yearsfrom September 2017. All applicants should own a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and a minimum score of 50 in HSKK Test (Intermediate Level).Applicants for full scholarship should own a minimum score of 210in HSK Test (Level 5). Applicants for partial scholarship should own a minimum score of 180in HSK Test (Level 5).Applicant who is able to provide the employment agreement or certification upon finishing the study from designated working institutions is preferred.

2. One-Academic-Year Program in “Chinese Language and Literature”

This category provides a full or partial sponsorship for 11 months from September 2017. Students involved in any study program in China after 1thJanuary 2017 are not eligible. Application is open to scholars or students who are committed to Chinese Translation or Chinese Studies. Applicant should have a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test (Level 4), and 50 in HSKK test (Intermediate Level).

3.One-SemesterProgram in “Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages”

This category provides a sponsorship for 5 months from September 2017 or March 2018. Applicants should have no prior experience of studying in China, but have a minimum score of 210 in HSK Test (Level 3), and a score of HSKK. Application is open to current Chinese teacher, registered students of Confucius Institute (classroom) and students majoring in Chinese language who are potential bachelor pursuers of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.

Ⅱ. Recruitment Procedures

1. Submit the Confucius Institute Scholarship Application Form online：

Applicants can log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarship website at set up an individual account, choose the recommending institute, complete and submit the Confucius Institute Scholarship Application Form online.

2. Upload the electronic files of the following materials：

⑴. Photocopy of passport photo page.(Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit a notarized copy of the guardian's warrant, who should be appointed by applicants’parents and a foreign or Chinese resident in China.)

⑵. Photocopies of HSK、HSKK score reports(within 2 years).

⑶. Reference letterissued by dean of recommending institute (including an objective evaluation stating whether CI student or not). Current Chinese teachers should provide a proof and reference letter from the institute they work for.

The MTCSOL Scholarship applicants are also required to submit:

(3)Two reference letters from professors or associate professors (in Chinese or English)

1.Application deadline

Scholarship recruitment is open all year round.

In order to ensure enough time for enrollment procedures,you are required to submityour application at least 3month in advance.

2.Accommodation

The university dormitory offersdouble room withprivatebathroom,air-conditioner, wifi, fridge, telephone, TV, desk, bedetc. The public laundry and kitchen arealso available in the building.

3.Selection criteria

Besides the criteria set up bythe Confucius Institute Scholarshipcommittee, the candidatewill also be required to have an online interview.

Students who have deep love forChinese language, Chinese culture,specializedin Chinese culture and art are given priority.

4.Annual Appraisal

Students undertakingMTCSOL(includingOne-Academic-Year + MTCSOL) shall be subject to an annual appraisal after being enrolled according to the “Annual Appraisal Procedures for Confucius Institute Scholarship”. Only theeligiblestudents are entitled to continue to receive the scholarships in the following year.
